Please make sure to carefully read the Cancellation Policy and Payment Terms along with the Terms of Confidentiality on this page.

To ensure a seamless coaching experience, kindly provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling of your session, including 15-minute sessions. Failure to do so will result in the full fee being charged ($75 for 15-minute sessions). Unfortunately, no exceptions can be made.

This means that if an appointment is scheduled for 3:00 pm on a Tuesday, notice must be given by 3:00 pm on Monday at the absolute latest. Note that if your appointment is on a Monday, the cancellation needs to be provided no later than the prior Friday, by your appointment time, to be considered a proper 24-hour notice.

Your wait time is essential, so please be on time for your session. If you're more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be rescheduled, and the full fee will be charged.

Repeated cancellations or no-shows will lead to the termination of service.

Payments for services will be charged after the completion of the provided service, using the accepted payment methods.

Payments for services are due no later than seven days after receipt of an invoice. Refunds are not possible due to the nature of the services.

Late payments will incur a $50 late fee (per service, if more than one), added every seven days until the invoice is settled.

Confidentiality is of utmost importance. As your creative coach, I commit not to reveal, share, or discuss any aspect of our work with others, including information about you, your business, and/or product/service/manuscript.

I kindly request that you also maintain confidentiality, refraining from revealing, sharing, or discussing the content and method provided during your coaching sessions. General recommendations and word-of-mouth are appreciated.
